The 2016 All Staff Picnic - All Staff on Deck! is Friday, August 5 from 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. on the main campus of UC San Diego. All current UC San Diego staff are welcome to register for one ticket for a mouthwatering Hawaiian Style BBQ lunch on Town Square. In addition to great food, a live karaoke band will be performing, many staff associations will be hosting tables, and it's two hours to catch up with friends you haven't seen in awhile.

VOLLEYBALL: From 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m., Muir Field will be the site for the Staff Beach Volleyball Tournament. Teams of five can register by emailing allane@ucsd.edu by July 29th.

NEW FOR 2016: you may select which seating you would like to attend at the picnic. The choices are 11:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. The hope is that this will reduce your wait time and free up seating. You will not be prevented from coming earlier or later than your ticket time. If a seating sells out, please choose the other one.

PICNIC MENU: Polynesian chicken, Hawaiian pulled pork, veggie burgers, Hawaiian Style Rice, salad, cookies, and brownies.

VIVAPOP: Each ticket holder will recive one ticket redeemable for a VivaPop Gourmer Organic Natural Popsicle.

VOLUNTEER: Volunteer50 is looking for volunteers to help with the event. All volunteers will receive a lunch ticket and other goodies. Please click here for more information:

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Picnic attendees are encouraged to take advantage of campus shuttles that will be available before and after the picnic on the Hillcrest and SIO routes (https://transportation.ucsd.edu/shuttles/sio.html).

*To receive a lunch ticket, please use your UC San Diego email address when you register. *Limit: One ticket per Staff member. This is a staff member only event. **Ticket (printed or on your smartphone) and UC San Diego Campus Card are required to receive lunch.
